Interview clips

Turn interviews into clips that keep the context.

Find the revealing answers, human stories and thoughtful exchanges inside a longer interview, and turn them into short clips that make sense on their own.

Keep the question when it matters

A self-contained answer needs enough context to make sense to a new viewer. Inspect the transcript and adjust the boundaries when the setup belongs in the story.

Give the conversation room

Use a portrait crop that follows the speaker or a full source frame that keeps larger groups visible. Paid plans also offer two stacked panels and three- or four-panel grids. You have the final say in the composition.

Edit by reading, not scrubbing

Cut a passage by selecting its words, split and trim on the timeline, and remove filler and silences in one click. Every edit is reversible and saved as a version.

Reach a wider audience

Translate captions into more than 30 languages while keeping their timing, or voice a clip in another language with AI dubbing on Pro and Studio.

Common questions

What people ask before they start.

Can I show the interviewer and the guest at the same time?

Yes. Paid plans include split-screen layouts that stack two people, or arrange three or four in a grid. You can switch layouts for different parts of the clip.

Can I change where a clip starts and ends?

Yes. Extend or trim a clip from the transcript or the timeline to include the question, cut a tangent or end on the strongest line.

Is my interview footage private?

Your workspace and original footage are private. Members use short-lived media links. An editor can explicitly share an expiring guest review link to one exported clip version; anyone holding that review link can view and respond until it expires or is revoked.

Can I translate interview clips?

Pro and Studio translate captions into more than 30 languages with their timing intact, and can dub clips with natural AI voices.
