You own what you upload and what you create.
Terms of service
A thoughtful place to create.
These terms are the agreement between you and MomentMaker when you use our website and product. Please read them. By creating an account or using MomentMaker, you agree to them.
MomentMaker is operated by Milan Adhikari, trading as MomentMaker, based in Nepal. For support, email [email protected]. General enquiries: [email protected].

The short version
Only upload and publish videos you're allowed to use.
Stop future renewals through Billing or contact support for cancellation help.
Suggestions are a starting point. Review everything before you share it.
01Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live to use MomentMaker. If you use MomentMaker for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
Keep your sign-in details secure and let us know if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You're responsible for activity in your account and in workspaces you own.
02Workspaces and teams
Content is managed in the workspace it's created in. Ownership remains with the applicable rights holder; workspace access does not transfer intellectual property rights. Workspace owners control billing, members and retention settings, and can remove members or delete the workspace. If you're invited to someone else's workspace, its owner decides what happens to the content there.
03Your content
You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the clips you create. To run MomentMaker, you give us permission to host, copy, process, transcribe, analyze, render and display your content, and to send it to platforms you choose to publish to. This permission lasts only as long as needed to provide the service to you.
You confirm that you own your content or have all the rights, licenses and consents needed to use it this way, including permission from the people who appear in it.
04Acceptable use
Please don't use MomentMaker to:
- infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights, including importing videos you don't have permission to use;
- create misleading edits intended to deceive people about what someone said or did;
- share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploits minors, or promotes violence;
- break, probe, overload or get around the security or limits of the service;
- resell or provide MomentMaker to others without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
05Automated suggestions
MomentMaker uses automated analysis, including artificial intelligence, to suggest moments, transcripts and captions. Suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review clips before exporting or publishing them. Scores and suggestions don't guarantee views, engagement or results.
06Plans, billing and renewals
MomentMaker is hosted video-editing software for turning uploaded or imported videos into clips, with transcription, captions and export tools. Access, features and processing allowances depend on your selected plan. Paid digital access is provided through your workspace after payment is confirmed; no physical goods are shipped.
Prices, included minutes, supported features and billing intervals appear on the pricing page and in checkout. Public base prices are in USD; checkout shows the currency and applicable taxes before you pay. Optional services and any custom Business agreement are described separately.
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- Use Manage billing in your workspace to change payment details or cancel your subscription. Contact [email protected] if the portal is unavailable. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the current billing period leaves paid features available until that period ends.
- Included processing minutes reset each monthly allowance period and do not roll over. Annual subscriptions are billed yearly but still receive a monthly allowance.
- Optional purchased minute packs are one-time charges, not subscriptions. Purchased minutes expire 12 months after crediting and can be used while your workspace has an eligible paid plan. Buying a pack does not change your renewal date.
- If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it's resolved.
- We'll give you notice before a price change affects your subscription.
Dodo Payments is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for MomentMaker purchases, handling payment, applicable taxes, receipts and payment-related requests. Its Buyer Terms apply to the purchase alongside these service terms. Checkout identifies the final total and renewal interval before payment. Contact [email protected] for product or billing help.
07Refunds
Read our Refund Policy for billing requests, cancellation and purchased-minute refunds. You can request a discretionary review within 14 days of a charge; this does not promise an automatic refund. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable provider purchase terms remain unaffected.
08Connected platforms
When you connect or publish to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or another platform, you also agree to that platform's terms and policies. We aren't responsible for how those platforms handle your content, and they may change or limit their services at any time.
09Our service
MomentMaker, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use it under these terms.
We're constantly improving MomentMaker, so features may change. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
10Suspension and closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk for others, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to download your content.
11Disclaimers and liability
MomentMaker is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12Support and disputes
For technical problems, account access, billing questions or a complaint, email [email protected] or use the contact page. Include any relevant order reference and a description of the issue; never send passwords, full card numbers or security codes.
These service terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, subject to any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim in your home country that apply to you. We encourage you to contact us to resolve a concern, without limiting your right to contact a regulator, use an applicable dispute process or seek a remedy in a competent court.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use MomentMaker after that means you accept the updated terms.
