An operational overview of the main providers and data purposes. Actual processing depends on the feature used and the configured deployment.
Hosting, storage and network
AWS hosts the primary application infrastructure and private media storage. Cloudflare provides network protection, routing and configured email delivery. Media is private and accessed through short-lived links; configured archive copies have a separate lifecycle. Contact us for deployment-specific location and retention details.
Transcription and language models
Deepgram can process audio for transcription. OpenRouter routes configured language-model requests, which can contain relevant transcript excerpts. RunPod supplies isolated processing workers for media and model workloads. The model and processing path can vary by feature; ask us about a specific workflow before submitting sensitive material.
Billing
Dodo Payments is the reseller and Merchant of Record handling payment details, applicable taxes, receipts and refunds. MomentMaker receives purchase records to manage your plan and minutes; we do not collect full card details or share your videos for billing. Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms apply to purchases.
Optional services you choose
Connecting a publishing account sends selected exports and related post data to that platform. Stock-media discovery and voice or translation features may use their configured providers. A connection or credential does not guarantee provider approval, successful posting or delivery.
